Our apartment (95m2) is located in a natural park, El Saler- La Albufera, 12 km from Valencia city.
Beautiful views in a quite and familiar enviroment, swimming pool for residents and the beach about 300 m. Golf course 5 km.
Valencia is the third capital of Spain (807.000 population).
The old town has Roman remains and Arabs, Cathedral, churches and buildings in Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Art Nouveau, and also museum of Fine Arts, Modern Art and others.
The modern city is known for the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias designed by architect Santiago Calatrava, where gardens and complexes are very suitable for children and adults.
Alicante is 170 km from Valencia; Madrid 350 km (90 minutes by train AVE) and Barcelona 350 km.
Valencia is a lively city with plenty of supply of music, theater, opera, etc.
We have a good gastronomic offer where tapas and rice are the star.

Mycket trevligt och välkomnande par. Smidig kontakt hela vägen. Det är tydligt att Rosa-Maria och Angel är erfarna och kompetenta bytespartners. Lägenheten motsvarade våra förväntningar mer än väl, rent, snyggt och välutrustad. Lägenheten ligger i ett naturreservat med fantastisk utsikt. Bra tips på lokala utflykter. Vi träffade Maria-Rosa och Angel som är underbara värdar. Vi blev bjudna på lunch med tapas och fick till och med skjuts till järnvägsstationen när vi lämnade för att resa vidare till Barcelona. Ett nöje att bo här. Rosa-Maria och Angels vistelse i vår lägenhet fungerade också bra.
Nice apartment with a beautiful view. Rosa and Angel were very friendly and even picked us up from the airport and showed us around.
We enjoyed the vacations in Valencia very much. We had a great time, the spacious apartment was perfect, the view of the lake and the sea was wonderful. It is located in a reserve with a natural beach - just beautiful. We met Rosa and Angel as wonderful hosts. They gave us many good tips, we were able to discover the culture and history, but also many good restaurants. For the first time we swapped cars, a very good experience!
