Cozy Family apartament in a green neighborhood
Our flat is located in a quiet, green neighborhood with excellent connections to public transport. Both the metro station and city buses are within easy walking distance, making it simple to explore the city.
The apartment features two bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds (160x200 cm), the main bedroom has a queen-size bed+a single bed( 100x200), an equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room that includes a sofa (150x190).
Just 500 meters away, you’ll find a Lidl supermarket with fresh fruit and a bakery section. A beautiful park is only a 10-minute walk from the flat, perfect for relaxing strolls.
Public transport is very convenient:
Bus station: 5 minutes’ walk (500 m)
Metro station: 10 minutes’ walk
Taxis and Uber are very affordable — only €5–7 from the city center
While there is no traditional TV, we offer a home-cinema experience in the living room, complete with a video projector, Denon sound system, and Nvidia Shield. Netflix&Disney+ are available, and we also have an Alexa Smart Assistant.
From Bucharest, you can easily enjoy wonderful 1–3 day trips to some of Romania’s most beautiful destinations:
Sinaia – 1.5 hours by train
Brașov – 2 hours by train
Sighișoara – 2 hours from Brașov
Constanța – 2.5 hours by train (Black Sea)
Târgoviște – 1 hour by train
Câmpina – 2 hours by bus
Cluj-Napoca – 1 hour by plane
Timișoara – 1 hour by plane
The flat is very conveniently located for reaching the main train station and the airport. From Bucharest, you’ll also find very affordable flights to most major European capitals.
A peaceful home base with easy access to both city life and beautiful Romanian escapes.

Echange non simultané, malheureusement Violetta n'est jamais venu chez nous en retour. L'appartement était conforme à sa présentation sur le site. Violetta a eu la gentillesse de nous servir de guide la première journée. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

At the heart of everything I do is my most important role: being the mother of our two lovely girls, who bring joy, curiosity, and adventure into our lives every single day.
Professionally, I wear many hats. I am an entrepreneur, researcher, student, and NGO manager, constantly learning, building, and contributing to projects that matter to me. I thrive on new ideas, meaningful connections, and discovering different perspectives.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve completed more than 40 home exchanges (some on other platforms), and this way of traveling has truly become part of who we are. We love experiencing new places as locals, shopping at neighborhood markets, discovering hidden corners, and living the everyday rhythm of different cultures. My big dream is to visit every country in the world, so we are open to almost any destination, as long as our schedule allows us to travel.
My husband is a physicist with a passion for sports, curious about the universe and energized by staying active. Together, we value both intellectual discovery and outdoor adventure.
Our daughters are very experienced home exchangers even if they are small. They understand the importance of respecting someone else’s home, follow house rules carefully, and are gentle and considerate: whether it’s with new spaces or beloved pets.
