House near Salzburg City, Austria
Our home is situated in a quiet area of the small town Seekirchen, which is about 15 km away from Salzburg.
By train you reach Salzburg in 15 minutes - 3 times an hour.
By bike you can go to the lake in about 5 minutes. There are also many activities, like sailing, fishing, golfing, horse-back-riding and you will find more mountains and more beautiful lakes closed to our place.
We did some renewing in our house. Few years ago we have got a new kitchen and a second bathroom. Recently we have renewed our bathroom with two wash basins and a walk-in shower.
Our garden is on three sides of our house. We have got a little pond and some vegetable patches.
Under the big tree in front of the house you will have fine shaddow on hot summerdays.
We are glad if you water the vegetable with the water collected in 3 big water butts. Just help youself with lettuce and anything you can find....e.g.berries etc.
The center of Seekirchen and the groceries, drugstore, bakeries and banks, they all are in walking distance.
On saturdays there is a farmersmarket with bioligical food.
There a many restaurants also in walking diatance.
We have two bicyclettes and it is easy to rent e-bikes at the tourist office.
As we are retired, we would prefer an exchange before or after the school-holidays, but we are even disposed for summer.

Tara ist eine sehr entgegenkommenden, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Tauschpartnerin. Wir habenuns in ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten jederzeit und sehr gut kommunizieren. Auch die Vereinbarungen waren ohne Probleme getroffen worden.
