Beautiful terraced house on the outskirts of Salzburg and within walking distance to the lake

Our terraced house is situated on a hill in a quiet neighbourhood. From the terrace you can even see the mountains, and the garden is terraced, with a small meadow with a slide, swing and sandpit, as well as a pond. A large walnut tree provides lovely shade in summer. Our terraced house has a cellar with sauna, a nice living-dining area and the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor.
The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, the Henndorf lido is 20 minutes away if you walk - 3 minutes away by car.
The city centre of Salzburg is only 20 km away and is easily accessible by bus and train. Salzburg Airport is also only 22 km away from the house. Hallstatt in the Salzkammergut can also be reached in about an hour via the Romantic Road and is only 70 km away from our home!
This would be our second house exchange as a family. Last year we were in Spain, and we really enjoyed it! Additionally, Edith did many changes as a child with her parents and has great memories of those! We are looking forward to another exchange in 2026!

We live in Henndorf am Wallersee. The lido in Henndorf is equipped with pool, paddling pool, buffet, playground and beach volley ball pits. There are many other beautiful lakes in the neighbourhood. The city of Salzburg is only about 30 minutes away by car. It is also not far to the mountains and there are many other sights (salt mine, Eisriesenwelt) in the area. We really did enjoy the exchange with Manel and Marga very much! The flat in Llanca is even better than on the pictures. It is very nice decorated and furnished. The location is great with only a few meters to the sea, some minutes to the promenade and around 15 minutes to very nice beaches. Additionally there is a nice shared used pool. Communication with Manel and Marga is easy and they never fail to give tips and assistance! Not far away you can visit the Dali museum in Figueres, Cadaques, many beaches, slide park and so on. At least that is what we visited, there is much more. Barcelona is only 1,5 hours away and a great visit as well! Thanks for the beautiful time in Llanca!
