In gated community penthouse apartment at Nice Garden, uphill in Nice, Southern France
The “Nice garden” development is in the Corniche de Magnan area north-west of Central Nice on a hill overlooking the city and the coastline. The gated domaine is made up of three villas and about fifty diverse bedroom apartments, and has a swimming pool and traditional Mediterranean architecture. All apartments are air-conditioned and ours have a southerly aspect with panoramic sea views and more 180 degrees view until the mountains in the west, covered with snow most of the year around.

By feet or tram or car to the airport
From the apartment to the Airport is a one hour stroll by feet or by bus / "tram" 40 minutes or by car 25 minutes.
By feet from the apartment to the beach (Promenade Anglais)
You go through the Park Estienne d'Orves about 15 minutes downhill and then the by Boulevard, Francois Grosso about another 15 minutes to the Mediterenean Beach
