Cerca hay tiendas y supermercados, a 5 minutos andando de la casa, así como bares y restaurantes, donde probar la gastronomía tipica de la zona, sobre todo a base de pescado fresco, con un mercado de productos de la zona a 5 minutos andando de la casa.
Es una zona muy segura para los niños, se llega a la playa andando en 1 minuto, sin atravesar carreteras.
Tan solo a 15 minutos de la casa esta la frontera con Portugal, con la zona del sur de Portugal (Algarve), donde hay preciosas playas y pueblos que visitar, como Tavira, o Faro, donde hay un aeropuerto, a menos de una hora de la casa.
