Independant and quiet house in La Baule-Guérande (France)
This nice house has been built around an old structure which is still the living room. There is a very charming atmosphere and the house stays cool even during summer.
It is located in a quiet area of La Baule, but close to the city center, shops and restaurants ; going to the beach riding a bike takes less than 5 minutes.
The wooden-terrace and the garden are pleasantly tree-filled. The shadow is very enjoyable in summer.
All the main rooms are on the same floor (except one bedroom upstairs). There is a king size bed in the main room downstairs.

My house is very close to the railways station (2 min driving)
- With the TGV, going to Nantes, a very pleasant city to visit, is a 50 min trip.
- The same TGV can also drive you to Paris within 3hrs and 15 minutes !

Une maison adorable, très bien entretenue, avec vue sur la mer de tous les côtés, très proche du centre ville. Terrasse et jardin sont des lieux très agréables pour se reposer. Karlskrona est un bon point de départ pour de multiples excursions, en vélo ou en bateau. L'interaction avec mes hôtes s'est très bien passée avant, pendant et après l'échange : ils ont tout fait pour rendre mon séjour le plus confortable possible. Ils ont pris soin de ma maison et de mon jardin qui étaient impeccables à mon retour.
Mycket trevlig kvinna vi bytte hus med. Huset var bra och låg trevligt till. Bra grannar man kunde be om hjälp från.
Excellent contact avec Cristina et Paul qui m'ont non seulement donné l'hospitalité dans leur magnifique maison mais qui m'ont également donné des conseils très utiles à distance pour organiser mes excursions cet été. La région du Tessin est absolument superbe et le village de Termine est très bien situé pour profiter à la fois des environs du lac Majeur et du lac de Lugano.
L'échange a été parfait, aussi bien à l'arrivée chez eux qu'à notre retour chez nous.
