Our home is super comfortable with a large eat-in kitchen that opens to the living room with a dining table for 6-10 people and two large comfy couches and a television. There are 9 operable windows throughout the apartment, so there's lots of natural daylight and fresh air. There's an air conditioning unit in the living room and both bedrooms, with both ceiling and floor fans too. Master bedroom is large with a Queen size bed, a sit-stand desk with ergonomic Aeron desk chair and a comfy reading chair. Second bedroom is a good size with Queen bed, a desk and chair and a small couch. Clothing closet and dresser space will be available. Washing machine and clothing dryers are located in the well-lit basement. Porters work in the building 8am-11pm and are available to help with anything. There is a security guard in the lobby 9pm-3am every night. The neighborhood is very safe with lots of families. Also, the walls in this 1904 building are very thick, so there's no noise from adjacent apartments. If sensitive to noise on Broadway at night, there are white noise machines to use. Air conditioners in use with windows closed block out most street noise. A very sweet, friendly 14-year-old cat comes with the apartment. His name is Brisket. He just needs to be fed 2x a day and have his litter box scooped.
