Spacious family retreat with pool, beautiful gardens and private guest studio near Johannesburg
Welcome to our spacious family retreat in leafy Farrarmere, Benoni, near Johannesburg.
Our home features three comfortable bedrooms in the main house, including a king-size master suite, a queen bedroom and a children's bedroom with a three-quarter floor bed. There are three full bathrooms, each with a bathtub, shower and toilet.
A separate, self-contained guest studio offers additional privacy, with a queen-size bed, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms and the main living room have air-conditioning, while a cosy gas fireplace provides warmth during cooler evenings. Our generously sized kitchen features a gas stove and plenty of space for family cooking.
The real highlight is our beautiful, expansive garden with mature trees, lush lawns and a private swimming pool. Guests can enjoy traditional South African braais (barbecues), alfresco dining under our covered entertainment area and relaxing afternoons in the sunshine. Children will love the large lawn, swing set and trampoline.
Our home comfortably accommodates seven guests and provides a welcoming base for enjoying South African living and exploring the surrounding region.

Our location is an excellent base for exploring Gauteng's remarkable attractions. Wildlife enthusiasts can enjoy day trips to Dinokeng Big Five Game Reserve, Rietvlei Nature Reserve and wildlife conservation centres around Hartbeespoort. The scenic Magaliesberg region offers hiking, mountain scenery, fly-fishing and outdoor adventures.

A warm, adventurous South African family with a love for travel, culture and new experiences
We are a friendly, close-knit South African family of three who love exploring the world and experiencing everything it has to offer.
I am a pharmacist, my husband is an entrepreneur, and we are proud parents to a wonderful two-year-old daughter. Becoming parents has added a whole new dimension to our adventures, and we love introducing our little girl to new places, cultures and experiences.
Travelling has always been an important part of our lives. We particularly enjoy discovering beautiful cities, exploring historical landmarks, visiting museums and art galleries, experiencing local traditions and cuisine, and learning about different cultures. We are equally happy enjoying the outdoors, exploring nature, spending time with animals or trying something adventurous.
Family is incredibly important to us, and we enjoy spending quality time together, whether travelling, entertaining friends and relatives, enjoying a good meal or simply relaxing at home.
