We offer a comfortable and spacious semi-detached home of about 150 sqm across three levels, located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood only 3 km from the city center. Children can safely play right outside the house, and the bus stops just next to our home with hourly departures.
The city center and train station are only 20 minutes away, giving you easy access to Oslo and all its cultural highlights, including the Munch Museum, the National Gallery, the Opera House, and Vigeland Park.

About the neighborhood
Konnerud is a town in Drammen municipality in Buskerud county which has just over 10 thousand inhabitants.
It is located just above the city center and has beautiful natural areas with several small lakes that are suitable for swimming in June, July and August.
It is also well organized for hikers in the forest with marked trails.
Konnerud has some of the country's best cross-country skiers and every year organizes the World Cup ski sprint in the center of the town. It is a winter cross country skiing eldorado.

Fantastic house and lovely city!
Kari and Terje are super friendly people. They welcomed us in their very nice and clean house. The neighbourhood is very quite and peaceful. They took very good care of our house. We are so grateful for this exchange!

Kari, 67, is a retired intensive care nurse who previously worked at the state hospital. Terje, 66, is a former teacher who now runs his own company as a producer and booking agent. We have been married for 40 years and are blessed with three adult children and four wonderful grandchildren.
Our eldest son, Jørgen, is an elementary school teacher and a politician living near Trondheim with his wife, Solveig, who holds a degree in psychology. They have two young daughters. Our middle child, Anders, age 34, has a bachelor’s degree in History and English and works as a librarian. Kristin, our youngest at 32, is following in her mother’s footsteps as a healthcare nurse. She also has two children.
