We offer our holiday home for 2-5 people in the picturesque region of Marche (Marken) in central Italy for exchange and rental.
The house is located in the centro storico of the little village of Villa del Monte in the Metauro Valley.
It is suitable as a holiday home for everyone who is looking for genuine Italy: no tourism but encounters with people, normal everyday life of Italians and the picturesque landscape of the "little sister of Tuscany".

About the house: upstairs there is an apartment with 2 rooms (one living room with kitchenette and one bedroom), fireplace and bathroom. In the ground floor there is a mini apartment / guest room for 2 people/ with bathroom and kitchen, which has no connection to the upper apartment. It has a separate entrance.
The house has a detached garden just across the quiet street(olive and fruit trees) with a terrace (garden furniture, garden shower, grill)
The house is well equipped: mattresses and beds, guest sofa, full kitchen equipment, 2-burner gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace, radio, satellite TV, books, CDs. We have also a baby bed and baby high chair. But there is no WiFi.
The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2006/07 and the apartment in the ground floor was added in 2011. It's not a luxury home, but you have all necessary things for the holiday.

It is the perfect starting point for a beach holiday (20 km to the sea with both sandy and stone beaches - 15 minutes on the superstrada), mountain hikes in the Appennines (30 km to Cagli), exploring historical towns and cities nearby (Urbino, Fano, Jesi, Rimini).
You can feel pure Italy here: markets, wine and olive farms, very good restaurants, outlets with Italian fashion ...

The house is 20 km away from Fano (beautiful beach, port and coastal town) between Rimini and Ancona.
It is easy to reach with low-cost airlines (Tuifly, Ryanair, Eurowings, Wizzair to Rimini, Bologna, Forli, Ancona). You need a (rental) car on site, as there is no shop, bar, etc. directly in our village.
If you don't want to move away from home, the garden has a shady terrace, garden shower, grill and fruit trees that produce great fruits depending on the season. The fig tree in particular is very generous in August-September.

If we don't swap or stay in the house ourselves, we rent it out on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday), it can be used in the spring-summer-autumn season, the price is independent of the season: whole house for 5-6 persons - 600 euros /week, or 360 euros / 2 people / week.

Otherwise we also offer overnight stays with breakfast in our house in the country side in Germany, where we live (51570 Windeck-Werfen) near Cologne / Bonn, as an exchange for overnight stays with Intervac friends.
