We have one holiday home by the seaside
We have done nineteen house exchanges with British, Irish, Canadian, Spanish, Norwegian, Swiss and Dutch families.
We can provide references and their email for any questions!
We know they enjoyed their time there very much.
We´re a family of four, our son is 27 and our daughter 20.
My wife and I are both university teachers.

If you like the sea, we can offer you our home by the sea in the Costa Brava.
We have one summer apparment by the seaside in the Costa Brava in the province of Girona in Spain. It is located in the village of Llançà http://www.visitllanca.cat/es/
LLançà is a fishing village in the Costa Brava which is an ideal place to spend the summer holidays.
Our appartment is ideal for a family of 4. I has two bedrooms and one bathroon. Outside it has a big terrace and a private garden with dining area and barbacue and a private swimming pool. It is only 20 meters away from the sea.
Llança is a fantastic place for families with children, there are lots of beaches and many amenities for the children to have a good time.
Our home is within walking distance to the beach, village promenade and shops. It is ideally located, only one hour away from Girona's airport or just two hours from Barcelona's airport. It is only 20 minutes away from Figueres where you can visit the Dali's Museum and it's only 30 minutes away from the French border. There is also a train service that connects Llançà with Girona and Barcelona.
We would like to exchange during the month of July for
three weeks approx. Our preferred dates are between
30 June 2025 and 4 August 2025 for a period of two or three weeks if posible.
But we are also open to any other exchange all year round.
One more important thing, we are non-smokers
and we do not want any pets due to allergies.
We would be delighted to hear from you again.

We really did enjoy the exchange with Manel and Marga very much! The flat in Llanca is even better than on the pictures. It is very nice decorated and furnished. The location is great with only a few meters to the sea, some minutes to the promenade and around 15 minutes to very nice beaches. Additionally there is a nice shared used pool. Communication with Manel and Marga is easy and they never fail to give tips and assistance! Not far away you can visit the Dali museum in Figueres, Cadaques, many beaches, slide park and so on. At least that is what we visited, there is much more. Barcelona is only 1,5 hours away and a great visit as well! Thanks for the beautiful time in Llanca!

We have two holiday homes, one by the seaside and another in the mountains.
We would like to invite you to one of our homes in Spain either the beach or the mountain one.
We have done nineteen house exchanges with British, Irish, Canadian, Spanish, and Dutch, Swiss, and Norwegian families.

We´re a family of four, our son is 27and our daughter 20 but our children will probalby not take part in the exchange as they have their own plans for the summer.
