Cosy house in the green heart of Umbria, close to Marmore's Falls
On the spur overlooking the valley is "La Rocchetta", an old stone house with a picturesque view over the entire Greenway of Nera river. Ideal place to relax in the silence of an ancient medieval village.
Large panoramic terrace solarium, the house has been recently renovated and well equipped for a pleasant, even long stay.
One main bedroom, one room with sofa bed and one sofa bed upstairs in the studio. One bathroom and one toilet, washing machine and other kitchen equippement.
Near the Marmore Falls and Piediluco's lake, and along the Via di Francesco it is the starting point for various level excursions, even by bicycle.
Perfect for a relaxing holiday or active sports like rafting, climbing, cycling, hiking, nordic walk, horse riding...
We are 10 min by car from Marmore Falls, or if you want you can reach them by nice walk (1 hour) along the Nera river
Terni, the main town is 15 min by car.
Art and great food wait you...you will have a great experience of the slow life of Umbria.

Mirella gentilissima ed accogliente. Una deliziosa casa storica molto comoda ed ideale sia per vacanze invernali che estive. Bardonecchia è stata una bella scoperta, evviva Intervac!
Casa bellissima in una posizione comoda per visitare la città. Ogni angolo della casa ha un delizioso balcone dove godersi una tranquillità assoluta pur essendo al centro della città. Bordeaux molto bella e molto vivibile, consigliamo una visita. Abbiamo incontrato Régis e la sua bella famiglia al nostro rientro per lo scambio delle chiavi, è stato molto bello conoscerli, consigliamo vivamente uno scambio con loro!
We had a very good exchange with Emanuela and Paolo. The house was confortable. We did not meet them but we exchanged a lot of sms before, during and after the swap. It was very friendly.
Con Didier e Marie abbiamo fatto un fantastico scambio simultaneo casa ed automobile. La casa è meravigliosa, molto spaziosa ben attrezzata e con un giardino fantastico. La famiglia ha anche un fantastico orto che con con piacere abbiamo preso cura e da cui abbiamo attinto ortaggi fantastici per tutta la vacanza. Didier e Marie hanno anche dei fantastici vicini di casa sempre pronti ad aiutarci per ogni necessità. Dopo una settimana di Parigi dopo i Giochi Olimpici stare in questa casa è stato veramente rigenerante, la zona è bellissima, tantissimi posti da visitare sia sulla costa che all'interno. La prossima volta che torneremo porteremo anche le nostre biciclette, questa zona è ricchissima di ciclabili che scorrono lungo la Senna. Un bellissimo scambio con una bella famiglia!

We're non-smokers. Smokers are welcome if they smoke in the garden..
Sorry but we prefer to not have pets in our home.
You will find our house very clean, tidy for a comfortable stay.
If you don't want to be stressed for final cleaning it's possible to ask for an housekeeper, just let us know, thank you.
Open to any proposal. We like very much seaside, mountins and cities, we love to discover new landscapes and culture.
Sometimes we travel with friends very respectful of Intervac's rules.
