Our appartment is located in the 7th district of Vienna. It is in walking distance to the historic centre ( St. Stephans Cathedral, Museum Quartier, Hofburg, Ringstraße). It is also an ideal headquarter for shopping trips to the Mariahilfer Straße and the Naschmarkt with its various bars, cafes and restaurants.

The Subway is two minutes from the house and brings you to all parts of the city and the beautiful recreation areas around Vienna (danube, Prater, Schönbrunn, Wiener Wald, ...).
Unsere Wohnung liegt im Innenhof eines ca. 1880 errichteten Altwiener Stilhauses, hell und absolut ruhig, 5 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt im sogenannten "Spittelbergviertel". 3 Minuten zur U-Bahn (U2, U3 Volkstheater). 3 Minuten zum Museumsquartier Wien (www.mqw.at)
Our apartment is situated in the inner court of an 1880 built old Viennese stylehouse, luminous and absolutly quiet, 5 minutes walkingdistance from the center of the city in the socalled „Spittelberg“-quarter. 3 minutes to the metro, subway, underground,... (U2, U3 Volkstheater)

Sie befindet sich im 4.  Stock mit Ausblick auf einen sehr hellen und einen begrünten Innenhof.
Sie wurde 1998 sorgfältig und stilgerecht renoviert und eingerichtet und mit einer Gasetagenheizung ausgestattet.
The apartment is on the 4th  floor with a view to a very lumious and a green inner court.
1998 it was carefully and stylishly renovated and furnished and equiped with a gasheating.
 
In der großzügig ausgestatteten Wohnküche gibt es einen Geschirrspüler sowie einen Elektroherd und einen großen Essplatz.
In the fully equiped parlour kitchen there ist a dishwasher, an electric cooking stove an a large dining-table.

Um die Größe der Räume wirken zu lassen wurde statt eines normalen Badezimmers eine „Badenische“ eingerichtet, die bei Nichtbenutzung von einem rollbaren halbhohen Metallmöbel bedeckt werden kann. So wird die „Badenische“ unsichtbar.
Die ganze Wohnung ist mit Massivholz-Parkettböden ausgestattet.
To stretch the size of the rooms, instead of a normal bathing-room a bathing-niche was aranged, which can be covered, if you do not use the bathing-area, by a wheeling, movable metalbox. So the bathing-niche is unvisible.
The whole apartment has a solid parquet flooring.
