The cottage is 25 m2 and consists of a room plus an addition made in 2022, so it's brand new, and besides the room it now also has a kitchen, a hall and a bathroom, see photos. The cottage can accomodate 1-2 persons (two beds, no children please) and is situated in our garden, ca 20 meters from our house. But don't worry, me and my husband are kind of loners and we'll leave you in peace, but we'll be at hand if you need something.

Gullringen is a small community of ca. 500 inhabitants. Here you find a convenience store, a café, a restaurant (open only occasionally), a swimming bath (closed in July), an outdoor bathing place, tennis courts, and a golf course. It's situated 20 km north of Vimmerby, and in the Vimmerby area you'll find the park Astrid Lindgren's World and lots of places from Astrid Lindgren's books, as well as Näs, the house where she was born and lived a s child, and of course lovely nature reserves, lakes and woods. There are bus connections between Gullringen and Vimmerby Monday to Friday, but they're not very frequent and there are no buses at all in the weekends and on public holidays, so a car is needed.

Das Häuschen ist 25 m2 und besteht aus einem Zimmer plus einem neuen Anbau vom 2022. Es is also ganz neu und hat nun außer dem Zimmer auch eine Küche, eine Diele und ein Badezimmer, sieh Photos. Das Häuschen unterbringt 1-2 Personen (zwei Betten, keine Kinder bitte) und liegt in unserem Garten, etwa 20 Meter von unserem Haus entfernt. Aber keine Sorge, mein Mann und ich sind eher Einzelgänger und werden Sie in Ruhe lassen, werden aber zur Hand sein, wenn Sie etwas brauchen.

Gullringen ist ein kleiner Ort mit zirka 500 Einwohner. Hier gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, eine Konditorei, ein Restaurant (sporadisch geöffnet), ein Schwimmbad (im Juli geschlossen), einen Badeplatz und einen Golfplatz. Es liegt 20 km nördlich von Vimmerby, wo Sie Astrid Lindgrens Elternhaus Näs finden, ebenso wie den Park Astrid Lindgrens Welt, und in der Umgebung viele Plätze aus den Astrid Lindgren-Büchern und natürlich wunderschöne Naturschutzgebiete, Seen und Wälder. Es gibt Busverbindungen zwischen Gullringen und Vimmerby Montag bis Freitag, jedoch nicht sehr häufige und gar keine am Wochenende und an Feiertagen, deswegen ist ein Auto notwendig.
