We also have a parking near at home. Perfect for exploring the city, very well connected! We travel with our two daughters: 15 and 12. Now looking for long weekends exchanges in autumn / spring in Europe + summer holidays 2026

The apartment is located in Passeig Sant Joan, a nice avenue with kids areas. Five minutes walking to nearest tubest station (Verdaguer or Joanic). Just two blocks from Gracia neighborhood. Sagrada Família and Passeig de Gràcia are just 10 minutes away by walking. Many supermarkets, markets, nice small shops and cinemas around the area

Everything as expected in an area that was perfect for us. Great public transport very close. A very large apartment with loads of space so very suitable I would have thought for a large family. The hosts absolutely super - great communication and even took us to the airport when leaving.
Wonderful apartment with incredible views. Just a short walk to the docks and city centre, in a quite area with a good atmosphere! Howard and John are absolutely charming! Among our top experiences in Intervac.
Our daughter, 15, went to Chateaugiron during Christmas holidays and we had one of their sons in Barcelona for a week. Everything went perfect! They took very good care of our child and she came back delighted. She had a great experience! A lovely family! Easy to communicate with them!
